To Wholesale Finance Direct Limited (WFD)
Privacy Act 1993
I/We
a) declare the information in this application is true and correct and that I
am/we are over the age of 18 years and I am/we are not undischarged bankrupts.
b) agree WFD may collect from credit reporting agencies, credit providers,
my/our employer/s, accountant/s, or other named person/s or relative/s, such
personal, financial and commercial information and references about me/us as
is necessary for purposes of considering this application for finance and I/we
agree that you may produce this authority to such parties for purposes of collecting
such information.
c) I/we agree to meet the costs of an independent valuation of any security to
support this application should it be required.
d) I/we declare that the information provided by me in this application for finance
is true and correct in every particular and it is upon this basis that I/we make
this application.
I/we may acknowledge that if WFD provides this finance
WFD:
a) may collect and monitor personal information about me/us as is necessary for
the administration of such credit and
b) may provide any of the personal information to a third party employed by WFD
should this be necessary to document or register any security subject to any
agreement between us or to assist in the enforcement of any such agreement; and
c) may disclose and exchange any information held about me/us now for administrative
purposes and for the purposes of providing me/us with information relating to
products and services from time to time.
For purposes of the preceding clauses the term WFD includes any member of
the WFD group of companies.
I/we understand that where personal information may readily be retrieved or collected
I/we shall have access to it and the right to request correction to that information.
To support this application you will be required to produce:
- Confirmation of income (and your partner's
income if a joint application)
- Financial statements/income tax returns
if appropriate.
- A copy of your drivers license (and your
partner's if a joint application).
- An independent valuation of any asset to
be taken as security for this loan.
